Biography
Florence Luk is a senior attorney at Foster LLP in our Houston office. She primarily focuses on employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant matters for multinational corporations, medium-sized companies, as well as small businesses/start-ups in a variety of industries. She also handles family-based immigration matters.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center with an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, Florence was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and served as the Fundraising Chairperson for the Asian Law Students Association.
Florence is involved with the community, having served as an Article Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law and participating in community services through her church, Houston Chinese Church.
Prior to receiving her law degree, Florence had worked with the firm for three years as a legal assistant before getting her bar license.
Florence is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
