Biography
Nestor Rosin is a partner at Foster LLP in our Houston office. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers, his practice is focused primarily on corporate immigration matters such as employee mobility issues, corporate compliance, and policy review and implementation. He is also experienced in immigration litigation, naturalization, consular processing, and family based sponsorship.
Nestor graduated from Texas Tech Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston.
Nestor regularly speaks and presents on immigration law matters to various audiences. He is a member of the firm’s Executive and Management Committees helping to establish policies for corporate management and oversight, making decisions on major company issues.
Nestor is Board Certified in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Why Did You Decide To Become An Immigration Attorney?
